Lehigh Valley Public Media™ Awarded Top Workplaces 2020 Honor

Bethlehem, PA. - March 4, 2020 - Lehigh Valley Public Media™ has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Morning Call — 45 companies made the list.

The list of this year’s honorees was based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey and administered by employee engagement partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including: alignment, execution and connection, to name a few.

“For more than a decade, the Top Workplaces award has helped organizations stand out among their competitors to attract talent,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This differentiation is more important than ever in today’s tight labor market. Establishing a continuous conversation with employees so you have a deep understanding of your unique culture is proven to help achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover and double the employee engagement levels.”

“I am so incredibly proud we have been honored in this way,” Tim Fallon, Chief Executive Officer of Lehigh Valley Public Media said. "I always have pride for the quality programming and community support we provide to the Lehigh Valley, but to know that our team members are recognized for making our communal space a positive and fun place to work is exceptional!”
