In the past couple months, there's a good chance you've used Zoom, Skype, or a similar video chat app. But did you know there's a Lehigh Valley company called Vox Tandem offering the same service? John Chisca, Vice President of Vox Tandem tells us "We saw a growing need for cloud hosting. Services such as voice over IP systems, business phone systems, video conferencing, chatting, and remote working. Especially nowadays."
Vox Tandem normally caters to small businesses, but individuals can use the app too. When the pandemic hit, a lot of those small businesses were caught off guard. Chisca says they did what they could to help. "Existing customers, they had to shut down. A lot of them contacted us and said we can't pay the bill can you help us, and the answer is yes. Being a local company, we have extended the pay period, discount some services, we’re offering services for free for companies who were caught off guard"
