Allentown, Pa. (WLVT) - The Greater Valley YMCA Warming Station and Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering have made changes to safely house people as local COVID cases continue to rise.
Shelter leaders said they wanted to reopen and remain open as freezing temperatures and snow are on the way.
