WLVT - TV - The Boy Scouts of America have filed for bankruptcy as the Scouts face hundreds of lawsuits alleging sexual abuse.
The Lehigh Valley’s local Scouts organization, the Minsi Trails Council, says local scouting activities will continue as planned as the Council is independently operated.
"Minsi Trails Council has not filed for and is not in bankruptcy, " said Rick Christ, CEO of the Minsi Trails Council.
