Sarah Branchide and Alex Lorkowski met in preschool. Now, they are traveling the country in a school bus they converted into a living space known as a "skoolie." The tiny home craze has gained popularity recently, and with many people working remotely during the pandemic it's even more popular now.
The couple says they were no experts in school bus conversions when they bought the Jim Thorpe School District bus in 2018. They say they learned along the way with the help of social media and YouTube.
