Located on Bethlehem’s South Side, Molinari’s is known and loved for its regional Italian cuisine, with small plates (Sputini and Antipasti), entrees (Secondi), house-made pastas, pizzas, and handcrafted cocktails—all freshly made and true to their Italian heritage. The farm-to-table menu also reflects Executive Chef Geo Dodig’s local roots: he and his team are passionate about offering dishes that spotlight what’s growing on local farms right here in the Lehigh Valley. Flip the menu and you’ll see a list of a dozen or more local partners—demonstrating the community connection so meaningful to the Molinari family and their staff.

Fans go beyond the Valley—and beyond the casual diner, too: Molinari’s has recently been awarded a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, and in August 2017, was named the only independently owned restaurant in the state to become REAL Certified®, undergoing a rigorous certification process that commended the restaurant for their practice of scratch-cooking, sustainable ingredient sourcing, seasonal menu options, and more.
