Bethlehem, Pa. -- March 15, 2018 -- Today Lehigh Valley Public Telecommunications Corporation (LVPTC), parent company of WLVT - PBS39, announced that it has finalized the transfer of a broadcast license from WYBE in Philadelphia. Under the new call letters of WPPT (Pennsylvania Public Television), the public media affiliate offers international programming from MHz Worldviewand WORLD on channels 35.1 and 35.2, respectively.
