WLVT - TV - The coronavirus pandemic has spurred state governments across the United States to draft plans to potentially ration critical care and ventilators.
However, as Pennsylvania continues to social distance, frontline healthcare workers continue to think about "rationing" plans in theory, not in practice.
"I don't think that anyone is at the point where we're even thinking about getting to the crisis guidelines in any of the states, especially in Pennsylvania," said Dr. Shawn Quinn, President of the Pennsylvania College of Emergency Physicians.
