On Sundays at 10 in the morning, you can go to to the Allentown Transportation Center on 7th Street and find a group helping those who need it most. "People in the community that are hard in their times, down on their luck. Some people are homeless unfortunately but again we try and get them housing, and build them back up with clothing, food whatever they might need." says Kyle Edwards as he helps hand out clothing of all sizes.
The effort was started by Brenda Rinker, and serves 30 to 40 people over just a couple hours each Sunday. "Politics aside, religion aside, race aside none of that matters we're all humans and we just want to help people as best we can" says Edwards.
