In December, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was ruled unconstitutional by a federal district court. Pennsylvania State Rep. Peter Schweyer (D- Lehigh) plans on reintroducing legislation to solidify protections for Pennsylvanians with pre-existing conditions should the ACA face additional challenges in federal court .
