June Special Programming: Good for the Mind, Body and Soul
As May gave way to June, we began another batch of special programming and member favorites on PBS39. This led to a couple of memorable weeks of live studio guests, great shows and, of course, your amazing support.
Let’s talk about the live studio guests and their programs, which helped our viewers learn better ways to achieve financial and physical health. Ed Slott was the first to stop by on Jun. 1, joining us for a presentation of his Retirement Roadmap program. Over the next two nights, we were joined by health experts Dr. Mitchell Yass and Miranda Esmonde-White, who respectively presented their Pain Prescription and Aging Backwards programs live in the studio.
In addition to encouraging your monetary and physical well-being, we provided you something good for the soul with some can’t-miss music programs. Our presentations of Mannheim Steamroller: 30/40 Live, The Piano Guys: Live at Red Butte Garden, Straight No Chaser: Songs of the Decades and The Tenors: Under One Sky were not only popular; each was accompanied by a ticket deal as our way of saying “Thank You” for your financial support. Tickets are still available for each show, and we recommend that you pick yours up soon.
As always, your pledge of financial support makes it possible for us to bring you all of this great programming and much more at PBS39. If you made an investment into PBS39 programming this month, thank you!
Special programming will be back in a couple of months, but you can still support PBS39 any time of year. Head over to our Support page to learn how you can become a PBS39 member today!
