Matt Murray was born and raised in Connecticut and moved into the Lehigh Valley in the fall of 2007.  He graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Communication and a specialization in TV/Radio.  Before he started working at PBS, Matt worked as a sports production assistant at My9 News and as an Avid editor at the Manhattan Bureau, a small video production company.  In his free time, Matt enjoys running, ultimate Frisbee and watching sports.
