· Over 600 recipes were collected from employees, volunteers, and
friends. They were all tested, and nearly 400 became part of the book.

The cookbook contains many
interesting historical facts about Bethlehem, Moravian Church, local colleges,
St. Luke’s Hospital & Health Network, St. Luke’s School of Nursing, and the
Lehigh Valley.

All proceeds from the cookbook will
benefit areas within St. Luke’s Hospital, including Neonatal Intensive Care,
Pediatrics, Cancer Center, VNA Hospice, and the School of Nursing.
