Jessie Horning lives in Bethlehem and has been interested in art for as long as she can remember.  Although she has taken some art classes at school, she is primarily a self-taught artist.  Drawing was just a fun past time until she entered high school and guidance counselors told her that she would need to choose a career.  Jessie thinks that working in advertising or illustration would be a practical choice; she does not want to be a starving artist!

Jessie views Van Gogh, Degas, Lautrec and Warhol as some of her greatest artistic influences and plans to travel to Paris within the next five years to view impressionistic art firsthand.
